Great job man ive been still hunting here in aiken county sc and boy my thermocell has been saving me. Them mosquitoes was about to carry off your buck and you that is beyond this world!!!

I also have a Remington 1100 3" magnum with 30" plain barrel!!! Your gun looks just like mine. It also has a modified choke barrel too. I also have a Remington 1100 that only shoots 2 3/4" shells. It has a 28" modified, ventilated rib barrel. That was my first shotgun that my parents bought for me. Then I bought myself the 3" magnum version 3 years later. I've killed so many deer on dog drives with both. I use winchester and Remington 00 buckshot. It kills them quickly. I've actually killed more with the 2 3/4 Remington 1100 than the 3" magnum. I own a Remington sp-10 with a 28" barrel and a 3 1/2" chamber. In fact, it will only shoot 3 1/2 inch shells, because that's all a 10 gauge will accept. It will flip a deer with authority!!!!!!! It has become my favorite shotgun for hunting deer. I also do a lot of rifle hunting from my shooting houses and Summitt Goliath tree climber. The Remington 1100 is hard to beat in the woods!!!

That hot weather hunting is not for me. Between mosquitoes, ticks, snakes, red bugs, I just don't enjoy it.

I worked on hurricane Harvey some years ago and the mosquitoes was so bad they would turn a full size white truck to black writhing 5 mins of putting it in park was absolutely miserable

I h*te dog hunters that hunt deer with them. You all think you own everyone's property, let your dogs go anywhere because they are protected, and don't hunt sh*t. You sit in your trucks and get drunk and do a bunch of nothing except disturbing the woods. You all need to go on and get over yourselves. All still hunters in VA hate dog hunters. VA dog hunters are horrible and are hated by everyone that does not dog hunt, which is the majority of the state. You all are a bunch of idiot rednecks that know absolutely nothing about how to hunt deer and how to kill big mature deer instead of all the babies you all kill every year. Did that stander get that buck it looked like he connected on the first shot and when he went across the road his tail was tucked he had to at least of hit it. Would love to come hunt with y'all. I grew up doing man drives and then was made illegal some of my best memories are from those drives and half the people I hunted with are no longer alive my uncle who raised me and taught me everything about the outdoors was one

Living in the upstate I miss hearing the hounds burning one up but I don't miss them skeeters but when it's been that wet in the swamps you better don't worry about scent free you can go through a couple cans of spray a day and still get eat up plus in them pines the red bugs will haul you away

Them mosquitos that bad all the time in Louisiana it’s hard to hunt early season unless your going take thermacell or donate blood to local mosquitoes I mean they will hook up a IV and suck you dry in em bottoms in Louisiana it’s serious some em big enough stand flat footer and hump a turkey
